Alright, readers. I get curious about what people other than me think about all of this wedding hubbub. So from time to time, a post will go up asking for you, the readers, to sound off in the comments and let me know what you think. These posts will be marked by our good friend, The Riddler.
Today's inquiry:
Have you ever been to a wedding where they incorporated games like a scavenger hunt or Easter egg hunt?
If so, did you enjoy the event?
If so or if not, what do you think of such an idea?
(sidenote: Bridezillas is a terrible show to watch - yes, there was an Easter egg hunt.)

I've never seen a game at the wedding, but am totally down with a game idea of some sort! You just have to make sure it is friendly to all at the wedding (eg. if there are kids there, make sure they can participate since you know they probably will once they hear the word "game").
ReplyDeleteI'll be in a wedding this September that will center the reception around lawn games. It's at a park in town, and there will be croquet and bocce ball to play. I'll let you know how it goes over... (This is Katy G, by the way. Hi, and congrats!!!)
ReplyDeleteI haven't, but I've heard of a wedding where they had games (word search, connect the dots, madlibs) printed on back of the programs.
ReplyDeleteScavenger hunt... I don't know. Sounds nifty in theory, but practice I don't know.
